Texas Hold ‘em Burger with Summer Coleslaw Recipe


( Serves )
1/4 head of cabbage
2 ripe peaches or any kind of stone fruit
1 jalepeno
small amount of cilantro
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon dressing
barbecue sauce
8 ounce burger
american cheese


1. Cut cabbage and add salt. Wrap and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.

2. Add the diced peaches, cilantro and1/2 jalapeño.  Add honey and dressing and mix.

3. Season burger, grill and add cheese. Grill the bun. Grill other half of jalapeño and chop

4. To assemble, add BBQ sauce to both buns, add chopped jalapeño to bottom bun, add burger, cheese, and coleslaw to the top. Put it together and enjoy!
