Mocha Root #Beer Float #Recipe

( Serves 1 )
3 whole scoops vanilla ice cream
6 tablespoon chocolate syrup (plus more for topping)
3 tablespoon espresso or coffee
1 whole can or bottle of root beer
whipped cream (to taste)


1. Scoop one scoop of vanilla ice cream into a tall, chilled glass. Drizzle 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup over the ice cream, followed by 1 tablespoon of espresso (or coffee), and 1/3 of the root beer.
2. Repeat the layering process twice with the remaining ice cream, chocolate syrup, espresso, and root beer.
3. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup. An old-time straw makes it taste even better!
