Anti-Aging Berry Smoothie Recip

( Serves 1 )
1/2 cup Greek (or plain yogurt)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries (sliced)
1/4 cup blackberries
2 tablespoon flax seed (ground)

Place all the ingredients (except the protein) in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth.
Add whey protein and mix in by hand.
Note: You may also use 1 and 1⁄2 cups of a frozen four-berry mixture instead of adding the four berries separately.
