Amanda Bynes: Bye-Bye Bong Case! 

There’s finally some good legal news for Amanda Bynes, as a judge has dismissed her bong-throwing-out-the-window charges.
According to a report, the “She’s The Man” actress has complied with court orders to keep her nose clean for six months and attend twice weekly counseling.

As a result, Amanda’s attorney Gerald Shargel turned in an affidavit to indicate that Bynes had played by the rules and would therefore not be made to answer for her sins.
Last year, Amanda tossed a water bong out the window of her 36th –floor apartment when police entered her home and found her in possession of marijuana.
