Katy Perry Announces Killer Queen’s Royal Revolution Fragrance 

Giving fans another reason to get excited for summer, Katy Perry just announced she’s releasing a new perfume in July.
The “Hot N Cold” singer’s forthcoming fragrance is called Killer Queen’s Royal Revolution, a lighter, more spirited scent than the original Killer Queen.

And Coty Beauty Fragrances vice president Marsha Brooks is excited about bringing Perry’s new perfume to the marketplace as it is an accurate representation of Katy’s vibe.
Brooks told WWD, “This fragrance is about female empowerment and breaking the rules. [It’s] very much what Katy is all about.”
“Katy never wants to repeat herself, and she really wants to do things differently,” she added, noting that Killer Queen Royal Revolution uses unique elements like blackthorn, “which was known in the dark ages for having magical powers. We thought it was really… unexpected.”
